The Community-Based Dental Clinic has been providing quality dental services to Medicaid-eligible adults residing in Clinton and Gratiot Counties since April 2007.

The Montcalm Area Community Dental Clinic (MCDC), located inside the Montcalm Community Career Center, was formerly the Stanton Dental Care Center. The current clinic in Sidney was expanded and re-located in July 2009.
