Mid-Michigan District Health Department COVID-19 vaccination clinics

If you are 18 years of age or older, you are eligible to get vaccinated at the Mid-Michigan District Health Department and can make an appointment at any of our clinic sites below. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. 

Notice for those who need help scheduling an appointment: If you need help scheduling an appointment, you may call 211 or Mid-Michigan District Health Department at 989-875-3681, option 2 for assistance. 

MODERNA first dose clinics and Johnson & Johnson one dose clinics
These clinics are for those 18 years of age and older. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson will be available. You will be able to choose which vaccine you'd like to receive when you arrive at the clinic. 
Please read these important scheduling instructions before making an appointment. 

 

MODERNA second dose clinics
If you receive your first dose at Mid-Michigan District Health Department, you will be given instructions at that appointment on how to schedule your second dose. If you did not receive your first dose at Mid-Michigan District Health Department and wish to schedule a second dose, or need to schedule a second dose for some other reason, you may do so as long as it has been at least four weeks since you received your first dose. 

 

COVID-19 vaccination clinics for 16-and 17-year-olds 

MMDHD is primarily offering the Moderna vaccine at its clinics. Those 16 and 17 years of age will need to get the Pfizer vaccine. If your 16 or 17 year-old needs the Pfizer vaccine, you can contact Spectrum Health , Sparrow Hospital  or MDHHS Vaccine Finder

Pfizer clinic in DeWitt on May 23, and June 13. Those under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  

Pfizer clinic in St. Johns on May 12.Those under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  

Pfizer clinic in Ithaca on May 11. Those under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
