If you would like to make an appointment to get a COVID-19 vaccination at Mid-Michigan District Health Deparment, call one of our branch offices:

Who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, including boosters?
Booster shots
Children ages 5-17
Adults ages 18+
Mix and matching
If you are 18 or older you may choose to receive a different vaccine type for your booster. For example, if you received first and second doses of Moderna or Pfizer and would like a J&J booster, you need to wait at least 6 months after your second dose. If you received a first dose of J&J and would like a Pfizer or Moderna, you need to wait at least 2 months after your initial dose.
