Coronavirus Support Resources for Group Living
Are you looking for assistance with vaccinating your staff and residents with any/all doses of the COVID-19 vaccines? If so, here are some suggestions:
- Contact your local Area Agency on Aging/Centers for Independent Living organization and work with these facilities to schedule transportation services to local pharmacies for mobile residents and staff to get vaccinated
- Local Area Agencies on Aging: OSA - Find Local Services (michigan.gov)
- Local Centers for Independent Living: Disability Network / MICHIGAN » CILs by County (dnmichigan.org) or Labor and Economic Opportunity - Michigan Centers for Independent Living
- Request a clinic from a local pharmacy, either on-site or at the pharmacy location, using the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contact form
- Encourage staff, who are able, to go to a local pharmacy, local health department, or primary care provider to get vaccinated.
