MI Healthy Plan LogoThe Healthy Michigan Plan provides health care coverage for individuals who:
    • Are age 19-64 years
    • Have income at or below 133% of the federal poverty level (approximately $16,000 for a single person and $33,000 for a family of four)
    • Do not qualify for or are enrolled in Medicare
    • Do not qualify for or are not enrolled in traditional Medicaid programs
    • Are not pregnant at the time of application
    • Are residents of the State of Michigan

Health Coverage Includes Services Such As:

    • ambulatory patient services
    • emergency services
    • hospitalization
    • Maternity and newborn care
    • mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment
    • emergency services, hospitalization, mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment
    • prescription drugs
    • rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices
    • laboratory services
    • preventative and wellness services and chronic disease management
    • pediatric services including oral and vision care
    • Other services as needed
