- Are age 19-64 years
- Have income at or below 133% of the federal poverty level (approximately $16,000 for a single person and $33,000 for a family of four)
- Do not qualify for or are enrolled in Medicare
- Do not qualify for or are not enrolled in traditional Medicaid programs
- Are not pregnant at the time of application
- Are residents of the State of Michigan
Health Coverage Includes Services Such As:

- emergency services
- hospitalization
- Maternity and newborn care
- mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment
- emergency services, hospitalization, mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment
- prescription drugs
- rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices
- laboratory services
- preventative and wellness services and chronic disease management
- pediatric services including oral and vision care
- Other services as needed
