Michigan's Smoke-Free Law

Greenville Tobacco FreeThe Tobacco-Free Recreation Area Resolution prohibits the use of any form of tobacco at any public outdoor recreation area, including trails, parks and playgrounds. The resolution also delegates enforcement authority to local health departments. If you would like to file a complain regarding a violation of the Tobacco-Free Recreation Area Resolution, please fill out a complaint form (found below under Quick Links) and submit it to the appropriate branch office of the Mid-Michigan District Health Department.
